Normandy Park is a great suburban area boasting large lots, spacious homes and a great feeling of community. For properties with privileges,  the Cove is a wonderful property with a beach and a big pond usually filled with a number of mallard ducks, a big club house often used for wedding and parties, and a tennis & swim club.

Woodinville is the Eastside’s wine country. Drawing wine enthusiasts from all over the country to it’s 45 wineries within 30 minutes of downtown Seattle. If you prefer beer, don’t worry, they have a brewery as well with outdoor movies during the summertime.

If you love sand, water and a terrific view of the islands, mountains & downtown Seattle, the 2 1/2 mile stretch of Alki Beach is heavenly. With walking and biking lanes along the boardwalk and a soft sand beach below this is a great place to play volleyball, stroll in the sand or enjoy one of the many great restaurants including Salty’s, Duke’s Chowder House, and Cactus.
